Mass production/ Batch Production
For some applications, laser processing is still an expensive choice, but we are determined to promote this technology and launch it to more and more industries. So laser micromachining is not only a advanced and precise, but also cost-effective. So mass production or well scheduled batch production is helpful to low the cost. If the customer could well estimate the quantity and required delivery, the company ERP system will calculate the best production plans to keep the whole job shop running smoothly and efficiently. 
Therefore we only charge 15-20EUR or 25-30USD per hour for such production!

Production at your site
Some customers like the job shop located nearby, or sometimes it is risky and expensive of transportation for some fragile or large parts. We are also ready to set up a new branch at your site or nearby. We will send the machines and people there, then recruit and train new people, all the status and processes are being monitored at the head office, and all the data will be transferred and reserved at the servers. And we could share all of these info with the customers.
 

Have your own machines
Deli Laser Solutions also offers laser machine designing, developing and building service, and it is a customized system integration solution according to the previous testing and process development results, the customer could choose to purchase or rent the machine.
